For Drivers — OTR

Top-band pay. Equipment spelled out.

If you’re giving up home time, the numbers and the truck had better be worth it. We match OTR drivers on written pay bands and documented equipment — not on a recruiter’s phone-call promise.

Why drivers use us

Three things we get right on OTR seats

Pay bands, not promises

Before you’re ever submitted, we have the carrier’s pay range in writing — weekly dollars or CPM, plus how detention, layover, and bonuses actually pay out. That written number is the only one we’ll quote you.

The truck matters

Equipment age, transmission, governed speed, APU — whatever the carrier documents, you see before you say yes. Equipment condition is scored in our carrier Offer Score, because a weak truck is a quit waiting to happen.

Matched, not blasted

Your profile goes to a carrier only when the fit is real — and only with your written consent. No 40-company blast, no surprise calls from fleets you never asked about. And drivers never pay a dime.

Where we’re strongest

Southeast first — on purpose

We’re building driver-carrier density across FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, AL, VA first — that’s where our matches are strongest. Matching quality is local supply times local demand, so we go deep in the Southeast before we go wide. Outside those states? Build a profile anyway — it costs you nothing, it stays yours, and when carrier demand opens near you, your profile is already in the match queue.

What a match looks like

An example OTR seat

Example position, clearly badged. We’re a launch-stage service — this card shows the kind of seat we recruit for and the written terms we require, not a live posting from a named carrier. Pay figures are typical published market ranges, not offers. Real matches arrive by text after a recruiter reviews your profile, and the carrier makes all hiring decisions.

Straight answers

OTR questions, answered honestly

What do OTR seats on your board pay?
Example OTR bands on our board run roughly $1,400–$2,600/wk depending on freight and skill — car haul and specialized sit at the top. Those are published market ranges, not offers; the number that matters is the written range on the specific seat, which you see before anything is shared.
Automatic only — is that a problem?
Less than it used to be. Your profile records transmission preference, and we only match you against seats whose documented equipment fits it. Carriers set their own requirements and make all hiring decisions.
What does this cost me?
Nothing, ever. Carriers pay us a flat fee when a driver they chose to hire is seated. If a term you were promised changes after you start, tell us — our check-ins after day 1, 14, and 30 exist for exactly that.

Out weeks should pay like it.

Two minutes, mostly taps. Set your floor — weekly dollars or CPM — and we’ll only text you written offers that clear it.
