For Drivers — Regional

Real miles all week. Home for the weekend.

Regional done right is the best of both: enough consistent miles to make the week count, and a written home-time commitment that actually holds. We match you on both — miles and weekends — against carriers’ written offers only.

Why drivers use us

Three things we get right on regional seats

Miles you can bank on

A pay rate means nothing without the miles behind it. We ask every carrier for freight consistency in writing — it’s scored in our Offer Score — so a “great CPM” with a half-empty week doesn’t reach you.

Weekends in writing

“Home weekly” only counts if it’s in the carrier’s written offer. That’s the only version we’ll quote you — and if a term isn’t documented, we tell you it isn’t.

Your minimum is a filter, not a wish

Set your floor — weekly dollars or CPM — in a 2-minute profile. We match against what you asked for, not against whoever’s paying for leads. And it never costs you a dime.

Where we’re strongest

Southeast first — on purpose

We’re building driver-carrier density across FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, AL, VA first — that’s where our matches are strongest. Matching quality is local supply times local demand, so we go deep in the Southeast before we go wide. Outside those states? Build a profile anyway — it costs you nothing, it stays yours, and when carrier demand opens near you, your profile is already in the match queue.

What a match looks like

An example regional seat

Example position, clearly badged. We’re a launch-stage service — this card shows the kind of seat we recruit for and the written terms we require, not a live posting from a named carrier. Pay figures are typical published market ranges, not offers. Real matches arrive by text after a recruiter reviews your profile, and the carrier makes all hiring decisions.

Straight answers

Regional questions, answered honestly

How does regional pay compare to OTR?
Usually a step below top OTR bands, a step above most local — example regional bands on our board run roughly $1,400–$2,300/wk depending on freight and endorsements (published market ranges, not offers). You set your own floor in the profile; we only match at or above it.
Will I really be home on weekends?
We only quote home time from the carrier’s written offer, and home-time alignment is weighted in our Fit Score. If a carrier’s documented answer is “most weekends,” that’s exactly what you’ll hear from us — we don’t round up.
What does this cost me?
Nothing, ever. Carriers pay us a flat fee when a driver they chose to hire is seated. Your info is shared with one carrier at a time, only with your written consent.

Make the week count. Keep the weekend.

Two minutes, mostly taps. Set your miles, your minimum, and your weekend line — we’ll match against it.
